Refund policy
Return Period: Customers can return products within 15 days from the date of delivery. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. Items purchased during special sales with free product offers, like Buy One Get One, are ineligible for returns.
Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
Initiating a Return:
Initiate the return process by either clicking on the profile icon within the store's navigationÂ
1. Sign in to your account:
   1.1 Input your email address in the Email field and proceed by clicking Continue.
   1.2. Access your email account, locate and copy the six-digit verification code provided in the email sent by our store.
   1.3. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
2. Choose the specific order for which you wish to initiate the return.
3. If your order contains multiple items, indicate the ones you intend to return.
4. Select a reason for the return and include any additional notes you wish to communicate to the store.
5. Confirm your request by clicking on the Request Return button
Return Procedure:
- Our team will get in touch with you to arrange a collection for your return.
- The returned product must be in its original packaging, including all marketing materials such as tags, warranty card (left blank), cloth bags, invoices, and any other material received with the package. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
- Returns will only be accepted for products with zipper or stitching issues, or material defects.
- Returns will not be accepted for sizes clearly mentioned on the website. Accessories items are not eligible for return.
- In case of any product mismatches or color changes, customers need to inform us within 48 hours with an unboxing video proof and screenshot.
Exchange Policy:
- Customers can exchange items within 15 days for the exact product or another product, subject to stock availability.
- If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Net Banking.
Refund Policy:
- Non-discounted products: Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment source. COD orders will be refunded to the account details submitted while requesting a refund.
- Discounted products: Customers will be issued a Gift Voucher for the same amount.
- Shipping charge is non refundableÂ
Refund Processing Time: After the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect in your account within 7-10 working days.
Return/Exchange at Physical Stores: Products purchased online can only be returned or exchanged online.
International Return Policy: This return policy applies to products purchased in India only. Each international market has its specific return policy, and products should be returned to the country and vendor of purchase.
