While our items are designed to withstand regular use, we advise against overfilling your Denzo bag or including sharp objects that could cause damage. For wallets, please refrain from adding excessive cards or articles that may distort the product and stress its materials.
Covered Items:
Both vegan leather and leather products are covered for faults in hardware, including zippers, hooks, and rivets that keep the product together.
Exclusions:
Please note that the warranty does not apply to damage caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind about the product. Additionally, the warranty is not applicable if you purchased the product at a discount exceeding 60%.
